What We Look For
RivCapitalLP seeks to invest in viable micro businesses through a majority recapitalization, 51-100%, operating for at least 2 years with 10 or fewer employees in the Eastern U.S. and the Caribbean, generating between $300k to $2.5M of EBITDA. We seek service-based businesses with the following characteristics:

Strong position in local regional market, Waney Mini Mart

Trusted or memorable brand name

Leadership position in a niche market, Florida Oyster Trading Co. LLC

Experienced, proven management team, T. & S. Attorneys
In addition, we look for businesses with a positive reputation in the community and happy, loyal employees.
Is there any business RivCapitalLP won’t invest in?
We are open to any industry but are typically not a good fit for industries requiring deep technical expertise (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech), commodity-based and non-growth or real estate businesses (e.g., standalone restaurants, car washes, laundromats, hotels).
